1978: The establishment of Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Subaieh Contracting Company during a period of growth to meet the local market's construction and contracting needs.

 

1986: The establishment of the Real Estate Development sector, within the vision of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Subaieh, to create integration between the real estate development and contracting industries, guided by his wise vision.

 

1987: Sheikh Abdullah Al-Subaieh Contracting Company embarked on an upward trajectory in real estate development by executing numerous real estate deals with successful government and private partners. This contributed to an increase in the company's market share until now.

 

2005: Sheikh Abdullah Al-Subaieh Hotel Operations Company was established to meet the hospitality sector's needs in Al-Mustafa (Peace be upon Him) as the broadest commercial sector in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. This led to the construction of three hotels in the central area owned by the company.

 

2012: Sheikh Abdullah Al-Subaieh Contracting Company transformed into a holding company aiming to develop capital and sustain its escalating business activities.

 

2012: The establishment of a new identity named "Red Palm Real Estate Development Company" to own and develop properties to the highest global standards, and a new identity named "Artal Hotel Operations Company."

 

The holding company was named "Quaed Alinma Company for Construction and Development Limited," it is a closed joint-stock company with diverse commercial activities.

 

2015: The acquisition of Quaed Alinma for Construction and Development Limited, one of the largest local brands in the food and fast-food sector, known by its commercial name "Cheess Molten," to become one of the subsidiary commercial sectors of the holding company.

 

2023: The acquisition of Quaed Alinma for Construction and Development Limited, one of the leading energy services companies known by its commercial name "Wafir Oil Services," ranked by the Ministry of Energy as the second-largest retail sector owned by the holding company.

 

2023: Established "Artal Al-Arabia Company for Upholstery Cleaning" to provide logistical services to the hotel sector and offer the finest cleaning services in line with global hotel industry standards.

 

2023: Quaed Alinma for Construction and Development Limited rebranded with a new visual identity and a modern look in line with the modernity and principles of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the holding company's futuristic expansion goals, which have been and continue to race against time to achieve their bright vision.
